Run the Cowork & Chat installer — same code

Open the Claude Desktop app, start a Cowork chat, and paste this. Cowork will download the installer, show you exactly what it does, then run it only if it's safe — wiring it to your same channel code.

Restart the Claude app

Fully quit Claude (⌘Q) and reopen it, so it loads the new plug-in.

Turn on the auto-notify rule (one paste)

In the Claude app: Settings → Cowork → Global instructions. Paste this and Save — it tells Claude to buzz you when it stops, finishes, or needs you.

You have "Yo Human" tools that send notifications to my phone. Read my intent, not exact words. NOTIFY ME — reach my phone whenever you stop or finish: - When you complete a task, call notify with a one-line summary. - When you stop and are waiting on me (a question, missing info, or you can't continue), call notify to tell me what you need. - If something fails, call notify with type "error". ASK ME — when you need a yes/no to continue: - Call request_approval with a one-line summary, then call check_approval with its token every few seconds until it returns approved or rejected (up to ~12 checks). If approved, continue; if rejected or no answer, stop and tell me. MUTE / UNMUTE — by intent, not exact words: - Quiet/away signals ("I'm away," "going for a walk," "mute," "don't call me," "good night") → call mute. - Back/on signals ("I'm back," "unmute," "call me," "good morning") → call unmute.

Try it — the magic ✨

Ask Cowork to do something multi-step (e.g. "organize my Downloads folder and tell me when you're done"). Walk away. When it finishes — or pauses and needs you — your phone buzzes. Press & hold the alert to Approve / Reject right there. You never have to sit and watch it again.

🔒 Yo Human sends notifications only — never your files or what Claude is working on. Your channel is private to you. You can pause anytime by telling Claude "mute."
