Yo Human ("Yo Human," "we," "us") is a service operated by Brian Fischer, a sole proprietor doing business as ("DBA") Yo Human. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Notifications reach your phone through the Yo Human app, delivered by Apple's Push Notification service (APNs). Your private "Channel" code links Yo Human on your computer to the Yo Human app on your phone; to deliver a buzz we handle your channel code and your device's push token — never your code or files. Keep your channel code private — it is the key to your notifications.
We do not sell your information. We use a small number of service providers to run Yo Human (for example: cloud hosting, email, and Apple's Push Notification service for delivering notifications). We share only what is necessary for them to perform those services, or where required by law.
To delete your data: remove your channel in the Yo Human app, or delete the app — your device's push token is purged and your phone stops receiving notifications. To also delete your account info (name, email, mobile) and usage counters, email support@yohuman.ai and we'll remove them.
We take reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, and Yo Human is early beta software provided on a best-effort basis.
Yo Human is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify beta participants.
