Get Yo Human Go on your iPhone

Text Brian and he'll email you the invite link to Yo Human Go — the phone app that buzzes you and lets you Allow or Reject with one tap. Open the link on your iPhone and install it.

Open the Mac app & pair your phone

Open Yo Human Desktop and follow its short setup. It will:

  • Ask which agent you use — Claude Desktop, Codex, or Gemini.
  • Show a QR code on your Mac screen.
  • In Yo Human Go, tap Pair a computer and scan that code.
That's it — your Mac and phone are now linked. The app sends a test buzz so you can see it working. 🎉
Got a second computer (like a work Mac)? Just install the Mac app there too and scan its QR with the same phone — every computer buzzes the one app, each alert labeled so you know which is which.

Try it — and tell us what you think

Ask your AI to do something that needs your OK, step away, and watch your phone light up. Then tap Allow and see it keep going. Live with it for a few days and send us your honest take:
